"Calatura"
The name CALATURA originates from a traditional knitting technique. During the manufacturing process, the needles of the knitting machine are gradually lowered or reduced to naturally shape the curves of the garment, such as the neckline or armhole. Thanks to this technique, each component is knitted to shape and comes off the machine already defined, ready to be assembled with precision, harmony, and minimal material waste.
We chose this name because it embodies our vision: to reinterpret artisanal craftsmanship through a contemporary lens, enhancing tradition through design, innovation, and an ongoing pursuit of quality.
